Drying Greens

As the name suggests they were created for the purposes of enabling all residents to Dry their clothes. That is written into the Title Deeds as your entitlement to dry your clothes .

Flats 1 – 8 and 25 – 32 are to use the lower drying green for drying their clothes outside

Flats 9- 24 are to use the upper drying green for the purposes of drying their clothes

The owners have been paying for diligent and fortnightly cutting of the grass and maintenance throughout the growing season for a good number of years now where they more resemble a lawn.  

This adds greatly to the amenity of Ruthvenvale Terrace and trust you will respect that
