The ground floor flats ‘front doors’ are next to the pavement on Abbey Road
However all upstairs apartments ‘front doors’ are accessed via the gallery balconies
Those residents on each of the first floor stairs have a common responsibility to their fellow residents not to spoil their quiet enjoyment of their properties
Stairways and balconies should be kept free of clutter and routinely swept
Balcony banisters are not for hanging clothes over.

Internet/ Sky / TV
Arranging for Internet connection for your apartment is the responsibility of the resident.
The owners agreed to sharing of SKY Q facility and your apartment should have been wired to receive that and regular terrestrial service by socket on your wall.
No one is permitted to add further Sky dishes or aerials on the building or chimneys
